Throughout the story, we'll follow Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose as they solve the mystery of a stolen video tape. Each day we'll explore the characters' discoveries and challenges, while discussing clues, making predictions, and solving the case together. This mystery story helps build our reading, critical thinking, and discussions skills.

Course Description:
This class helps prepare middle school students for the MATHCOUNTS competition by covering important concepts, problem-solving strategies, and tips to improve speed. Students will learn to solve problems from various topics, such as algebra, geometry, and counting, through tri-weekly lessons. This class will provide students with a great opportunity to learn math skills and have fun.

Introduction: In this class, students will learn about the building blocks of the universe: Elements. Over this course, students will learn about the categories of the 118 elements along with the characteristics, applications, history, and fun facts about the first 36 elements. Students will also learn about an influential chemist in every class.
